Don’t miss the boat!  The Toronto Islands are open and our permit is confirmed so grab your grass skirt and leis and register before it’s too late.

Toronto Island Flooding – Impact to Island Girl

We continue to monitor the flooding on Toronto Island and remain in contact with the officials at the City.  All event permits have been cancelled on Toronto Island up to July 31st.

We are optimistic that the Island Girl Half Marathon & 5K will proceed as planned on the Island. Should the damage be greater than expected and our permit cancelled we will have no choice but to cancel the event.  A refund would be prorated based on the expenses incurred by the event organizers.
